Refund & Return Policy

At Dundri™, our products are made and printed specifically for each order. We carefully check every product before dispatch to maintain our quality standards.

1. Made-to-Order Products

All Dundri™ products are made/printed to order. Because each product is prepared specifically for your order, returns or refunds are not available for change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size/colour selection made by the customer.

Please carefully check your product, colour, size and other selected options before completing checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or has a manufacturing/printing defect

  • Different from the product you ordered

  • Incorrect colour or size compared with your confirmed order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, you may be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Clear photographs/videos showing the issue

  • Photographs of the packaging/shipping label

Please do not wash, alter, iron, wear extensively, or otherwise modify the product before reporting an issue.

3. Quality Verification

Once your request is received, our team will review the information provided and determine whether the issue qualifies under this policy.

If the claim is approved, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the affected product; or

  • Refund, where applicable.

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the order.

4. Size & Colour Selection

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size and colour before placing an order.

Size or colour selection errors made by the customer are not eligible for return, replacement or refund.

We strongly recommend checking the size chart and selected colour carefully before completing payment.

5. Change of Mind & Cancellation

Because our products are made/printed specifically for each order:

Change-of-mind cancellations, exchanges or returns are generally not accepted once an order has entered production.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests are subject to whether production has already started.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method used for the order.

The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

7. Non-Returnable Conditions

A product will generally not qualify for return or refund where the issue is caused by:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect colour selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Failure to follow the recommended care instructions

  • Damage caused after delivery through improper use, washing, ironing or handling

  • Normal characteristics of the fabric or print that do not constitute a manufacturing defect

8. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can investigate and assist you.

We reserve the right to review each claim individually and take appropriate action in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
